So, with Vice President Kamala Harris announcing Minnesota Gov. Tim Walz as her running mate, Associated Press\u2019 Linley Sanders has poll analisis<\/a>: \u201cAn ABC News\/Ipsos survey conducted before Walz was selected for the VP slot, but after vetting began, showed that nearly 9 in 10 U.S. adults didn\u2019t know enough about him, or had no opinion.<\/strong> Among Americans with a view, opinions were split between positive and negative: 6% had a favorable view, and 7% had an unfavorable one.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Speaking of Walz, he\u2019s expected to be in Eau Claire, Wisc. tomorrow with Harris for a rally in the neighboring battleground state. According to KTSP<\/a>, so will Donald Trump\u2019s running mate, J.D. Vance<\/strong>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

In more VP news, according to Axios<\/a>\u2019 Stef W. Kight and Juliegrace Brufke: Democrats aren\u2019t the only one happy with Harris\u2019 pick of Walz as her possible VP. \u201cRepublicans saw Walz as the easier target for them as they try to regain momentum after a rough few weeks for the GOP <\/strong>(and their own VP candidate.)<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cRepublicans plan to paint Walz as far left, highlighting that he was backed for VP by Sen. Bernie Sanders (I-Vt.) and reminding people of Walz\u2019s handling of the 2020 protests <\/strong>after the police killing of George Floyd.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n
