Wright, the recently retired driving force behind the Golden Thyme Cafe, expressed his enthusiasm for expanding opportunities for prosperity within the community. He shared, “We’ve always thought about expanding the opportunity for prosperity of our vendors that we’ve assembled over the years with the Selby Avenue Jazz Fest.” Now, with the new event at St. Paul’s Historic Union Depot, the stage is set for a monumental celebration.

The event is Saturday, April 6, as the Capital City Village Bazaar Extravaganza opens its doors from 10:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M. Guests can anticipate a tantalizing array of culinary delights from esteemed vendors such as Logan’s CatfishEggroll QueenWest Indies SoulA Taste of New Orleans, and more.

Wright said, “So, what I’d like to do is definitely build more awareness, a database so people can basically tune in and find where events are going to be located, especially in the Twin Cities.”
